Payment and delivery

Delivery methods:

Nova Poshta
Delivery from 1 to 5 days (depending on the remoteness of the settlement). To receive the parcel, you must present your passport and provide the declaration number, which we will send as an SMS message to the specified phone number.
Ukrposhta
Free for orders over 1500 ₴. We send parcels via Ukrposhta subject to 100% prepayment, including the cost of delivery (approximately 30 UAH). Shipping time 1-2 days + delivery approximately from 3 to 7 days (depending on the remoteness of the settlement).
Pickup
38 Derzhavinska Street (near the Metrobustovniky metro station). The store is open Mon-Fri from 10:00 to 17:00, Sat from 10:00 to 16:00. Sun is a day off. MANDATORY! You must place an order in advance, as not the entire assortment is presented in the store.
Meest MAIL
Delivery by courier (Kharkiv). Delivery cost 100 UAH. Our courier delivers orders 6 days a week from 9:00 to 20:00. A more accurate time is discussed with the manager when placing an order. The cost of delivery in Kharkiv is 100 UAH (by region is discussed individually).

After payment
Payment upon receipt of the order.
Payment to a PrivatBank card
When choosing payment to a bank card, the client pays the specified amount for the goods to the store's card account (the card number for payment comes by SMS after processing the order). After confirming receipt of the money, we send the package to the client.
In cash
Payment is made in cash in our store, or, when delivered by courier, directly to the courier.
Non-cash payment (PP EP 2-3 groups)
After receiving the order, we will provide an invoice, which you can pay from your account or at any bank branch.
Payment by Visa, Mastercard - WayForPay
